La Salle University Ozamiz School for the Deaf is one of the programs of the university to respond to the educational needs of students who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing. It caters to Deaf students within and outside Ozamiz City.

LSU Deaf students received medals and certificates
The School for the Deaf together with the Brother Martin Simpson Laboratory School and the Night High School conducted the Honors' Assembly last July 6, 2012 held at the Arts Center, La Salle University, Ozamiz City. The Deaf students who received medals and certificates are the following: Gold medal with highest honors, Kristine Angela Alberca, grade 3. Silver medal With high honors: Franzlin Rodessy Banua, grade 9, Monna Daomilas, grade 9, Glen Ivan Gallardo, grade 3, Katherina Llanos, grade 3, Bovery Pancipanci, grade 3. Bronze medal With honors: Mary Jhoy Tabuco, grade 9, Jason Paulo Dapat, grade 9, Ronie Ronson, grade 5. Selected Deaf students presented the national anthem and the invocation.
